Our Courses

Our courses typically last for one full, action packed day, during which you will receive expert coaching on every aspect of achieving professional media performances, all delivered by a talented and diverse team of specialists

Broadcast skills are at the heart of our training and our experts have many years of experience both in front of and behind the camera.  They know what makes a sought after contributor and will give you the best possible chance of becoming exactly that.   They can help you to get your message across, feel confident to accept any challenge,  and inspired to create your own media opportunities.

At the same time, our presentation experts will give you the tools to conquer your nerves, and speak with gravitas and authority - whether in front of the camera, a live microphone or on the conference podium.   Using body language is a key part of presentation success - but so is what’s going on in your head.  So you will also have a session with our leadership psychology specialist.   This is an essential part of the course, because understanding the bigger picture and the factors influencing your mindset will help you break down the barriers that are holding you back.

Our courses also include sessions with some of the best stylists working in TV,  to ensure you look your best and feel confident when the spotlight is on you.

We use real broadcast studios and run practical training sessions that will equip you to deal with every eventuality and mean that nothing will phase you when the red light goes on for real.

We train in London, throughout the UK and abroad.  We will tailor your sessions to suit the participants ensuring the course is relevant to you.  Typically there are 8-10 participants but we can adapt to suit different organisations and groups in any location. All our courses are open to both men and women.
